Dun Dun Dun!

Hello internet. A new face emerges!!

Now, I am very sure there will be none to view other random viewers of my blog but if you happened to stumble across here don't be shy.. leave a comment!  Ok, time to dive in.

This is not going to be the typical weight loss blog. Oh no, it's going to be far from it. My world is filled with sunshine and rainbows. Is that crazy to think? You betcha.  Is it going to be sunshine and rainbows all of the time.. realistically not, especially not this first blog. Let's get down to the numbers.

On March 31st 2010 I weighed 254. I am 5ft 4" tall.  My BMI is 44.  This is the largest I've been all of my life. This number scares me, but I know I did this to myself and have no one else to blame but me. I currently wear size 22 jeans.  My goal weight is 150lbs. That's 104lbs I need to lose.

Scary numbers huh? So how exactly am I going to change this?

I am going to warn you that my method to change my body will probably upset quite a few people, but it is my decision as I've seen results with it.

I am on Phentermine 37.5mg. This is my 3rd time on Phentermine as my first two attempts had great results (50lbs lost between both attempts) but due to unseen circumstances of 1# an unfortunate set of circumstances and then 2# being very sick for 3 months.  Phentermine helps me not focus on eating all of the time which is creating good eating habits. I don't plan on staying on Phentermine forever, but I've seen results with it and It's going to help me succeed to my goals.

I will be watching my portions that I eat as well as count calories but not focus on the calorie counting as much because I don't know about you but worrying about numbers all day will make me insane. I am taking GNC Be-Wholesome Vitapak which I would recommend to any woman as I've been taking the vitapak for about a week now and I can definitely tell a difference.

Oh, and ofcourse there is exercising! Exercising is half of the battle... don't think I'm going to cut that out. I don't have a gym membership yet but I did purchase a pair of Reebok Easytones for to wear when I am walking and to wear at work. By the way, Reebok Easytones are wonderful.
Huh, looks like this first post became quite the short story.   I'm going to wrap it up. I am going to do my first weigh in on Monday and maybe I'll post some pictures.
